I know this probably sounds a wee bit paranoid. I'm not worried about losing the audio or actual project files, I have those safely backed up on an external USB drive - my concern is that while I'm trying ( and learning) things about PX3, that PX1 won't open and let me continue working on projects in this familiar environment while learning the new platform.

My main concern is that I've got a lot happening in Pro X1 right now, and I'm a wee bit nervous that PX3 may "overwrite" it? I'm on W10 Home Edition, don't know if that matters or not. I'm assuming I can, but really want to check with my fellow Samp users first.

If I do, is there any chance ( even remotely) that the newer version could overwrite my existing Pro X 1 program? Or can I install PX3 to its own new directory on my HDD, with its own desktop shortcut? So, I've been thinking that I might DL and install a 30 day trial for Pro X3.
